You should carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase or use of our products or services implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. This is an Agreement between you and Drupal Master,You explicitly and implicitly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of Drupal Master each time you access our Website.If you do not wish to be so bound, please do not use or access our Website. We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our Website. We may post notices on the homepage of our Website when such changes occur. Such changes become effective in the time as specified in the notice.
Out Product and services
Drupal Master provides custom themes (Products) for purchase based upon Drupal, its an open source content management platform. Drupal and portions of Drupal themes are covered by an open source software license referred to as the General Public License or GPL (see http://www.opensource.org/licenses/gpl-license.php). However, Drupal developers, such as Drupal Master, may develop and charge for custom themes as well as declare intellectual property protection in the portions of themes not otherwise covered by the GPL.
Unauthorized Use not Allowed
All the custom images or the files like the layout design provided by us in the theme which is not covered under the GPL licence are copyrighted. you must obtain our permission to distribute the images, media, and CSS files that make our themes distinctive.
Notice
You understand and agree that by purchasing our Products, we may contact you with notices regarding your product, including, but not limited to, bug fixes and upgrades. You also understand and agree that you may choose to place your name on our list to receive emails regarding our Website, our new Products, and the Drupal Master newsletter if we have any. If at any time you no longer wish to receive such emails, Please drop an email on ifo@Drupal Master.com

Limited Use Granted
You may use each individual product purchased on as many websites as needed as long as the usage is on a website owned and registered to you, the purchaser. Multiple client website installations are not allowed with our products.
Modifications
You are authorised to make any necessary modifications to our product to fit your or your client's purpose.
ASSIGNABILITY
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from our company.
Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Drupal Master. Meaning you agreee to have a discrete link to Drupal Master.com on the template/website. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
REFUND POLICY
Since our company is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped/downloaded, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing. Please make sure that you are known to drupal or got the capability to manage the theme or you got the capability to follow the steps that we provide. Please make sure that you've carefully read all relevant documentation and tried out the theme demos before purchasing. however we only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is within 7 days after the delivery date and if you are not satisfied with us or our product please email us at info@drupalmaster.com along with your name, your website name where you want to use the theme along with the details of information that you provided the time of payment so that we can help you better. If you are not able to install the theme and not able to understand the website instructions than we can make your website to run as it is running on our demo server on your server along with the extra charges which is changeable as per your requirement.
